Q. What is the estimated delivery time for parts?

A. Parts listed in stock have an estimated delivery time of 4-5 business days. Parts labelled remote stock have an estimated delivery time based on the brand. Parts marked with ASUS have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Parts marked Acer are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks and parts with brand Samsung have an estimated delivery time of 7 business days. Note that these times are generalised and if you want an estimate for a specific part you can always send us an inquiry at info@zandparts.com

Q. What courier is used for shipment?

A. Depending on the destination it is DHL, UPS or PostNord. PostNord is used for all deliveries within Sweden

Q. Will I receive tracking information for my order?

A. Tracking is sent out as soon as the order is dispatched to the registered email address.

Q. Can I order with express delivery/letter shipment?

A. Unfortunately we can currently only offer the standard shipment price and time listed on the website.

Q. Can I return an order if the item is incorrect?

Q. How can I return an item?

A. You can send an email to info@zandparts.com requesting to return the order. All inquiries must include reason for return, part number, quantity and your order number

Q. What payment options are offered?

A. You can pay for an order with a bank card approved for online payments or via PayPal

Q. I’m a VAT registered company in the European Union. Can I make purchases VAT-exempt?

A. Yes, if you register an account you can input your VAT-number and make purchases directly via the website without Swedish tax applied.

Q. I’m having trouble finding the correct item for my model. How can I ensure I order the correct part?

A. You can fill a spare part request via https://www.zandparts.com/en/partrequest or send us an email directly at info@zandparts.com. All requests are usually answered within 24 hours

Q. Can I cancel a placed and paid order?

A. Yes, all orders can be cancelled and refunded as long as the part or parts have not been allocated for the order.

Q. I have my model number and I’m unable to find it on the website. What can I do?

A. If you’re model number is missing from the website, please contact us at via the Spare Part Request form and we will assist you in finding the part(s) you seek

Q. Where can I find the serial number of my ASUS notebook?

A. The serial number for most models and brands of notebooks are located on the bottom of the notebook. For ASUS, please see https://www.asus.com/support/article/566
